Operating since January 1994, all Greentrees Gourmet Preserves products are made by hand – the old-fashioned way – with fine quality local and regional fruits. Over the years the product range has grown to include more than 24 varieties of jam, 6 marmalades, 4 jellies, 2 butters, 12 condiments and 8 varieties of preserved fruit using the Fowler Vacola method. Rich fruit cakes and plum puddings are also made for the festive season (and to order – for special occasions).

Greentrees Gourmet Preserves has been a member of Food of Orange District (F.O.O.D Inc.) since January 1995 and is a regular participant in local markets, in particular the Orange Farmers’ Market, for many years. The company has also received recognition in a number of publications including Country Style, Gourmet Traveller, Blue Mountains Life and the Western Magazine (The Land Newspaper), to name a few.
